Commercial electrical bids contain sensitive IP and pricing strategies. We operate on three strict principles to protect your documents.
Your drawings, specs, and ITBs are never used to train our AI models or anyone else's models.
We use commercial APIs. Our AI provider does not retain your data after a request is processed.
We claim no ownership over your documents. You can request complete deletion at any time.
HVAX uses the commercial Anthropic API (Claude), not the public web interface. Under our commercial agreement, Anthropic is strictly prohibited from using your data to train their models. Your data is processed securely to generate the findings and is temporarily retained by Anthropic for up to 30 days solely for abuse monitoring in accordance with standard commercial API terms, after which it is automatically deleted.
All bid documents sent to HVAX are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256. Files are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with strict physical and network security controls.
We only keep your bid package for as long as it takes to complete your pre-bid risk review and support your estimators through the bidding process. By default, all project files are permanently purged from our systems 30 days after the final report is delivered, or immediately upon your request.
We operate on a principle of strict least-privilege access. Your bid documents are only accessed by authorized personnel (the HVAX founder) strictly to verify findings and finalize your report before delivery. We never share, sell, or expose your documents to third parties or other subcontractors.
