The Short Version

We only collect the data we need to run HVAX. We do not sell your personal information. We never use your bid documents to train AI models. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. Information We Collect

We divide the data we collect into two strict categories:

  • Customer Data (Your Bids): The ITBs, drawings, specifications, and addenda you upload to HVAX for review. This data is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Account & Usage Data: Your name, email address, company name, and basic website usage metrics (like IP addresses or browser types) needed to communicate with you and keep the site running securely.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the HVAX service.
  • To communicate with you regarding your pilot, support requests, and updates.
  • AI Processing: Customer Data is processed via third-party APIs solely to generate your pre-bid risk report. Your data is never used to train our models or our API provider's models.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or bid data to third parties. We only share information with:

  • Subprocessors: Secure cloud hosting providers and our AI provider (Anthropic) necessary to run the service.
  • Legal Requirements: If we are required to do so by law, subpoena, or similar legal process.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Customer Data (bid documents) is retained only as long as necessary to complete your review and is purged 30 days after delivery by default. 5. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request the complete deletion of your personal information and Customer Data at any time. To exercise these rights, simply email us at founder@hvax.dev.

6. Operator Identity and Jurisdiction

HVAX is a sole proprietorship owned by Raghav Sharma. Our registered address is India Habitat Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, Delhi – 110003, India. This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Delhi, India.
