A log of updates, new features, and improvements to the HVAX review pipeline.
Implemented secure Clerk authentication for all pilot users. Because we handle highly confidential estimating data, we have disabled automated self-serve uploads. Upon account creation, users now enter a pending status while our engineering team manually provisions dedicated, secure workspaces and executes NDAs.
Estimators need to verify AI findings instantly. We updated the risk dashboard to explicitly cite the exact source document, page number, and verbatim clause for every identified conflict, eliminating the need to search through 900-page MEP manuals.
Enhanced the pipeline's ability to detect conflicts between Division 01 (General Requirements) and Division 26 (Electrical). The system now reliably flags discrepancies in Temporary Power allowances and shutdown notice periods.
Successfully ran our first end-to-end extraction pipeline on an 888-page middle school project (based on the Clark Electric pilot dataset, presented as anonymized illustrative demo data). Surfaced 4 Priority-1 risks and drafted 8 RFI-ready questions.
